For this assignment, I was to animate my Piskel assets. So for the main character, I had the idea that since his head is literally a bulb I would have different colors to show expressions, such as red after taking damage for example.
The sword is another item that changes depending on what powerups are picked up during the game giving it different abilities.
The apple is a health item that is eaten by the main character, who loves apples.
And finally, the lightbulb which at the moment I would like to keep as a sort of checkpoint indicator.
